1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and SewerLineRepairMeridianID.com ("this site," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover sewerlinerepairmeridianid.com, the phone line that refers callers in Meridian, Idaho to independent plumbers, and related messages (together, the "Services").

2. Sewer Information and Referral Calls

The Website offers general information about sewer lines and a phone number that connects callers at Meridian addresses with an independent local plumber. This site is not a plumbing company and does no work itself. Calling the number or speaking with a plumber does not form a service contract, assure availability, book an appointment, fix a price, or promise that a given sewer problem can be found or repaired.

Each plumber reached through the line runs an independent business and is not our employee, agent, or partner. The plumber you hire decides availability, scheduling, scope, access needs, price, warranties, permits such as a City of Meridian plumbing permit, and payment terms in that plumber's own estimate or contract. We make no promise about when a plumber can come, how long a job takes, or what it costs.

You agree to give the plumber truthful contact, property, access, and problem details. You are responsible for checking the plumber's Idaho license and insurance and for getting consent from an owner, tenant, manager, or other occupant when it is needed to arrange work or share their details.

3. Safety and Emergency Limitations

Neither the Website nor the referral line is an emergency dispatch service or a source of live safety instructions. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.

As far as the law allows, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a purpose. Sewer guidance here is general, not a diagnosis of your line.

Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Where that is so, these exclusions apply only as far as the law permits.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent the law allows, SewerLineRepairMeridianID.com and its owners, affiliates, staff, licensors, and vendors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits or data, business interruption, property damage, or personal injury arising from or related to using or being unable to use the Website or referral line, relying on general Website content, any plumber's work, delays, prices, or conduct, a third-party technical service, or unauthorized access, even if told such harm was possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Website or referral line is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use them. This limit does not affect liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the protected parties harmless against third-party claims and reasonable costs that arise from your unlawful use, a breach of these Terms, a violation of someone else's rights, or sharing information you had no authority to share. This duty does not apply to the extent a claim comes from our own unlawful conduct.

10. Suspension, Termination, and Discontinuation

We may suspend or end access to the Services, including by blocking calls from a number, when reasonably needed to deal with a breach, a security risk, a legal requirement, abuse, or an operational problem. You may stop using the Services whenever you like. Terms that by their nature should outlast termination, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute terms, will continue.

We may change or shut down all or part of the Website or its referral line.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

The laws of the State of Idaho govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or mandatory consumer protection law applies. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to settle the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Unless applicable law says otherwise, claims about these Terms or the Services must be filed in the state courts of Ada County, Idaho, or the federal court whose district covers Ada County, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing here stops either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or using an eligible small claims process.

12. General Terms

Changes

These Terms take effect November 1, 2026. We may revise them, and a new version applies once posted unless it names a later date. Using the Services after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

Severability and waiver

If any provision cannot be enforced, it will be adjusted only as much as needed and the rest of these Terms will stay in force. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

Assignment and entire agreement

You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a restructuring, financing, merger, sale, or other transfer of the Services. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the Website, but they do not replace any contract you make with a plumber.

Interpretation

Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation." Electronic acceptance and records carry the same weight as paper ones to the extent the law permits.
